Our founders, Shelley Chambers, LCSW and Dr. Christine Hook each have over 20 years of experience in their field are well-known and trusted by clients and professionals alike. In-House Practice Support
Our Operations Director, Bri Kacar, doubles as a Private Practice Consultant.
Bri has been working in the mental health field for over 12 years, with experience in practice management, clinical work, and practice ownership. She understands first-hand what clinicians deal with, and provides valuable support and guidance to keep your practice running smoothly and sustainably. Potentials members gain access to Bri’s expertise and offerings, with complimentary sessions and discounted rates for additional support.

For those joining us in-office, we’re in an easy-to-find spot. Located right off of South 17th Street towards Shipyard, Potentials is centrally located and easy to access for your clients no matter where they’re coming from. We’re located on the second floor, with elevator access.
Beautifully decorated
Our clinicians have great taste. Our waiting area and offices are tastefully decorated, with a focus on a warm, welcoming vibe. Our suite features large windows throughout and sound machines for confidentiality in sessions.
Senior clinicians are able to decorate their own offices, with your choice of paint, furniture, and wall hangings.
