About

My journey with Potentials began in 2012, when I served as the Office Manager during my studies at UNCW, until 2017. After completing my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work, I became a licensed therapist myself, eventually opening up my own practice in Charlotte, NC. In 2024, my passion for building and operating a business led me back to Potentials, where I was trusted to take charge as the Operations Director. My experience as a practice owner and therapist uniquely positions me to lead Potentials with a blend of empathy, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of mental health practice dynamics.

In my role, I provide clinician support, private practice consulting services, and oversee the overall operational landscape for the business. My goal is to ensure that Potentials operates with the utmost efficiency and client-centricity. I place a strong emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space for clients and clinicians alike- acknowledging the vulnerability that accompanies seeking and providing mental health services.

Focus on Innovation & Growth

Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, I spearhead projects of varying scopes, dedicated to enhancing Potentials' services and fostering continuous improvement. From implementing cutting-edge systems to refining internal processes, I strive to support the growth and evolution of the practice. I engage in strategic planning and collaborations within the mental health community, solidifying Potentials' reputation as an excellent place for clients and clinicians alike. As Operations Director, I ensure our practice's alignment with the ever-evolving landscape of mental health. My unwavering belief in cultivating sustainable change shapes the overarching vision I bring to Potentials.

I also provide private practice consulting services for the clinicians at Potentials as well as for practice owners unaffiliated with us. I enjoy utilizing my expertise in practice operations and clinical background to support mental health professionals in creating businesses that are healthy and supportive to the clinician and the clients they serve.
